Introduction
At Manor House Backpackers we have special discounts available for school, cultural, and sporting groups visiting Dunedin.
Manor House has everything your group, school or team will need for a comfortable and inexpensive stay.
For seventeen years we have been the number one choice for groups (of up to 50 guests) from all over New Zealand and overseas.
If you are enquiring for the first time, we encourage you to invite someone you know in Dunedin, to physically check us out or alternatively if you prefer a recommendation, we can usually put you in contact with groups from your own region who have stayed with us before.
Required Information
All we need from you is you group details such as number of guests, method of travel, type of group, and any additional relevant information.
We will then contact you to make sure we fully understand your requirements.
Fixed-Price Quote
From there we can provide you with a fixed price quotation, to fix your costs, which will also help with your financing arrangements if obtaining funding.
Finalising Your Booking
Please take note that for group bookings we have to operate on a first come first served basis, your booking is only confirmed once we receive your deposit of 20% of the total cost of your stay with us. Three days prior to your arrival we require payment of the outstanding balance.
From this point we will stay in contact with you to answer any questions you may have.
From your arrival to your departure, we promise to do the very best we can, to look after you and your group, so that you have a successful and enjoyable stay.
Group Discount
Genuine New Zealand school, Cultural or Sporting groups of over 10 guests will attract a discount of up to 10% depending on the time of year.
